A CNC Operator, or a Machining Tool Operator, sets up and operates metal-cutting machinery to build tools and parts of various machinery. Their duties include studying blueprints and creating the design, cutting metal and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery.

Role Overview: We are looking for skilled CNC Setup Technicians to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment used in the production processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and extensive knowledge of CNC machinery lathes and mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust CNC machines for various production tasks.
  
  
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve mechanical and operational issues.
  
  
• Monitor machine performance to ensure high-quality parts.
  
  
• Collaborate with the programming team to implement and follow production schedules.
  
  
• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Setup Technician.
  
  
• Proficiency with CNC equipment, particularly Mazak and Doosan machines.
  
  
• Familiarity with Mazatrol controllers on lathes.
  
  
• Knowledge of production processes and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
