Compensation: $70,000–$110,000 base + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits

We represent a leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractor seeking an Estimator for their Grand Rapids operations. Projects range from $20K to multi-million-dollar scopes across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

What You’ll Do
Review drawings/specs, perform takeoffs, prepare estimates
Conduct site visits/roof walks
Solicit, analyze & negotiate vendor/sub quotes
Build competitive proposals with clear scope & VE options
Support smooth handoff to PMs/operations
What You Bring
3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Mod Bit, coatings, sheet metal
Skilled with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, The EDGE, Excel
Organized, detail-driven, strong communicator
