Job Title: STC Advocate/CSR
Job Description
The STC Advocate role is a unique blend of responsibilities where you will act as the face of our company. As our process is entirely online, meeting you to pick up their vehicle will likely be the first face-to-face interaction our customers have with our company. You will have the freedom to ensure our customers have a unique and positive experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver a memorable and exceptional experience to every customer.
Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our tracking system.
Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policies.
Assist team members with various tasks as necessary.
Drive a company-owned car to approximately 6-8 customer appointments daily, greet customers, inspect the car they are selling, complete paperwork on an iPad, arrange for the vehicle's pickup, and proceed to the next appointment.
Essential Skills
Customer service orientation with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 5 years.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate customer offerings clearly.
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity required for frequent driving.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).

Open availability for all working hours, including rotating weekends.
Work Environment
This role involves spending time both indoors and outdoors, with potential exposure to inclement or extreme weather conditions. You will spend time in the office and on the road, requiring adaptability. Training may vary, so candidates should be prepared for a dynamic environment. The work pace is quick, and you will be part of a creative and growing company. Work hours and pay rates vary by location, and some positions are contract-to-hire.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
