Job Title: Dump Truck Operator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dump Truck Operator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and debris to and from job sites while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow across multiple construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dump trucks to transport materials to designated locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Safely load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution
• Follow project schedules and coordinate with site supervisors and crew members
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
• Assist with general labor tasks on-site when needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (Class A or B, as required)
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety
• Previous experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety procedures
• Ability to work in various weather and site conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
