Established private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Biller / Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-driven, and confident navigating complex insurance situations independently.

This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through consistently, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Insurance claim submission
• tracking, and follow-up 
• Managing outstanding insurance aging and appeals Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
• Payment posting and account auditing
• Reviewing treatment estimates and insurance accuracy 
• Communicating professionally with patients and carriers 
• Maintaining organized and accurate documentation 
• Assisting with front office coordination as needed
• Effective communication skills with internal staff/cohorts and external companies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of dental insurance billing experience needed
• Strong understanding of PPO insurance and claim processing 
• Dentrix experience IS A MUST
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Professional communication and follow-through required 
• Reliable attendance and consistency are extremely important in this role
