Duties: 

• Lead high-intensity group workouts with energy and enthusiasm
• Work alongside fellow trainers to create an engaging and dynamic class experience
• Build genuine relationships with members and help them crush their goals
• Create a fun, team-focused atmosphere every session
• Represent the F45 brand with professionalism and pride
• Responsible for building F45 attendance and retaining current clientele
• Assist Sales Associates, when needed, with studio tours/sales with new prospects and staying abreast with current pricing options.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to studio health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must have the ability to multi-task and stay organized while training up to 36 clients in one group training session.
• Must have the ability to progress and regress exercises on the fly, in real time
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have the desire and capacity to train all fitness levels, novice to elite.
• Must be a able to speak loudly and concisely in a group setting
• Must hold a current fitness certification from an F45 approved education company such as ACSM,ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.
• Must have current CPR/AED certification
