General Production Worker

Join a clean, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment where you’ll be cross‑trained across production and warehouse areas. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety in their work, using tools, and supporting both assembly and shipping operations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a mix of assembly and warehouse tasks throughout the facility
• Operate tools and equipment such as saws, crimpers, assembly lathes, pressure testers, flush booths, and air‑powered tools
• Assist with hose fabrication, cutting, kitting of parts, and crimping
• Prepare assembled products for shipment to customers
• Perform cycle counting and physical inventory tasks
• Read and interpret product prints and work instructions
• Use measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers
• Enter and record assembly data using basic computer systems and paperwork
• Move throughout production and warehouse areas as needed, including standing, bending, stooping, and twisting
• Support general operations by floating to different work areas throughout the shift

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of labor, production, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
• Comfort using hand tools and operating basic equipment
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and work where needed

⭐ Nice to Have

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience with kitting or inventory tasks
• Ability to read basic prints or work instructions
• Familiarity with air tools or assembly equipment

Work Environment

• Clean, organized, temperature‑controlled facility
• Team‑based environment with cross‑training opportunities
• Roughly 100 employees on the production/warehouse floor
• Safety‑focused, well‑maintained work areas

This is a Contract position based out of HIAWATHA, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr.
