Golf Service Attendants
The Club at Carlton Woods – The Woodlands, TX
The Club at Carlton Woods is seeking golf-knowledgeable, customer service–oriented individuals to join our Outside Services team. This prestigious club located in The Woodlands is looking for candidates available to work 3–5 days per week , with weekend availability required .

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Stage and manage golf carts
Maintain the bag room and cart barn
Assist at the bag drop
Maintain the practice range
Cheerfully interact with members and guests while delivering world-class customer service
Perform additional Outside Services duties as needed
Outgoing personality with a strong customer-first mindset
Golf experience is preferred but not required
Candidates without golf experience may be considered if they have prior experience in roles such as:
Server, Waiter, or Bartender
Hospitality or Customer Service
Golf or General Retail
Landscaping
Sales or Valet
Firefighter, EMS, or other outdoor or recreational roles
Personal interview
Background check
