Salary: $75,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in golf course or landscape maintenance preferred
• Strong interest in turfgrass management and golf course operations
• Ability to follow directions and accomplish tasks to precise standards
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail
• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods

• Maintain all playing surfaces to meet championship-level standards, including greens, tees, fairways, rough, and practice areas
• Implement accurate mowing techniques with a focus on consistency, turf health, and visual appeal
• Assist in the daily setup of the golf course, including changing cups, placing tee markers, and ensuring details are aligned
• Rake and maintain bunkers to guarantee uniformity, appropriate sand depth, and high-end appearance
• Engage in detailed landscape upkeep, including edging, trimming, and removal of debris
• Help with hand watering and basic monitoring of the irrigation system to ensure optimal turf conditions
• Operate all equipment in a safe, efficient manner to safeguard course conditions
• Identify and report any turf stress, pest issues, or deficiencies in course conditions to supervisors
• Support tournament and event preparations with heightened attention to detail and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facilities and equipment
• Strictly adhere to all safety, environmental, and chemical handling protocols
• Conduct all activities with an understanding that the golf course is the clubs primary asset
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with members and guests
• Avoid any disruptions to the member experience at all times
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with club standards
