Outstanding opportunity for a 4+ year attorney to join a premier well-funded, MA-based NASDAQ biotechnology company. This attorney will serve as a key member of the legal team and will work across a broad range of business functions supporting contracting needs, including finance, clinical operations, quality, and research and development. This role will be responsible for managing the contracting process for a wide array of agreements, including confidentiality agreements, CDMOs, supply and service agreements, statements of work, quality agreements, and other related agreements. In addition, as a key member of a small and collaborative legal team, this attorney will have the opportunity to be strategic as well as tactical depending on business needs.
