As part of the Maintenance department, you will use your kills such as rigging, repair work, mechanical, welding, and/or fabricating to help complete projects, help with new machine installations, moving around existing equipment, and supporting the Industrial Maintenance Team with equipment repairs.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone with previous experience working on industrial equipment and machines. Candidates with hydraulics knowledge and experience will receive preferential consideration.

JOB DUTIES

• Communicate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize projects
• New equipment rigging, installation, assembly, and leveling
• Fabrication to help with equipment installations and repairs
• Welding and fabricating as needed
• Equipment installation
• Installation, troubleshooting, and testing support equipment like pumps, motors, air compressors, industrial piping
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair as needed
• Communicate project completion status and delays with management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Welding (Mig, Tig, Arc)
• Pneumatic air lines
• Industrial Piping and Plumbing
• Rigging and erecting equipment
• High mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated
• Detailed and organized

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

HOURS

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm – with possible overtime and on-call work**

**Candidate will need to be located in or near Sioux Falls area. Will discuss further with candidates under consideration for the position.

COMPENSATION

• This full-time position will be compensated based on experience and includes our  comprehensive benefit package of Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, short term-long term disability and a 401k plan with company match.  
• We offer a competitive salary starting at $25-$35/hour. Actual start rate may vary based on related experience to the job.
