Job Description

Salary: $63,000 - 91,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• We are seeking strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• We need the ability to explain advanced programming concepts fluently in both Spanish and English.
• We expect excellent Spanish and English writing skills, including grammar, punctuation, and technical documentation standards.
• We prefer candidates with 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Back End Developer, or Full Stack Developer.

• We will have you teach AI systems how to understand and solve complex programming challenges.
• We will ask you to create and respond to computer science-related questions used for model training.
• We will rely on you to evaluate, compare, and rank AI-generated code for correctness and performance.
• We will expect you to provide clear, constructive feedback that helps improve AI-generated answers.
