I am a business owner seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Live Chat Support to work with me on a long-term basis. This is a direct, one-on-one role — not a recruiting or agency position.
The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day live chat interactions and provide timely, efficient support to ensure smooth customer communication and overall operations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and basic support to customers
• Handle multiple chats while maintaining quality communication
• Assist with basic admin tasks when needed
• Escalate issues when appropriate
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
• Good multitasking and time-management abilities
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus (not required)
