Job Overview
We are hiring a Managing Producer to lead the production and execution of content across The Cutting Room Floor. This role will become the operational backbone of our content engine as the company expands beyond a single interview series into a broader slate of editorial formats. This role will be accountable for the execution of everything The Cutting Room Floor publishes.
The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in a start-up environment. They enjoy creating systems and bringing order to fast-moving deliverables. They are an organized and decisive leader who can rally a team around shared priorities, maintain accountability, and keep productions in momentum while landing deadlines.
