Job Description

Marketing and Social Media Intern

We’re a Worcester-based cannabis delivery startup making ordering weed to your doorstep as easy as ordering pizza. As one of the first companies in the area to offer this service, we’re excited about the chance to grow and share our vision with the community.

Why Join Us?

  • Real-World Experience: Jump into the fast-paced cannabis industry and gain hands-on marketing experience you won’t get in a classroom.
  • Solve unique marketing challenges: Cannabis marketing isn’t like marketing any other product. Many major platforms restrict cannabis advertising, which means we have to get creative, strategic, and scrappy. You’ll gain real experience building campaigns in a regulated industry where good ideas and creative problem-solving actually matter.
  • Your Voice Matters: We’re a small team, so your ideas won’t get buried - they’ll get heard, tested, and often implemented.
  • Flexible Hours: We understand you’ve got classes, exams, and a social life to juggle. That’s why we’re happy to work around your schedule, with a minimum commitment of just 10 hours per week and the option to go full-time if it fits your needs
  • Fun Perks: Enjoy product samples, industry exposure, and the potential to turn this internship into a paid role.

What You’ll Do

  • Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, from influencer partnerships to promotional events.
  • Dive into data-track relevant metrics to refine our strategy.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with cannabis trends, pop culture, and social media vibes.

What We’re Looking For

  • A college student or recent grad who’s passionate about marketing and eager to learn.
  • A creative thinker who loves TikTok, Instagram, and all things social media.
  • Someone who’s organized but knows how to have fun - because that’s what we’re all about.

The Fine Print

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI / agentic tools is a bonus (but not required).
  • No resume needed - just shoot us an email about why you’d be awesome for this role.

How to Apply

Skip the formalities - send an email to ***email_hidden***. Tell us who you are, why you’re interested, and what you’d bring to the team.
