Candidates with sales experience in motorcycle parts, engine oil, tires or similar products will be given priority. Possess strong leadership, organizational, execution and communication skills. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, high pressure tolerance, and excellent brand building and marketing capabilities. Be willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments. Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategies and annual business plans. Implement corresponding business objectives and specific action plans in accordance with the company's overall marketing strategy. Take charge of monitoring the progress of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales department, and submit statistics, analysis reports on the implementation of company goals to the General Manager. Formulate, promote, track, evaluate and close monthly and quarterly marketing policies and programs. Develop targeted product promotion strategies and communication plans for different stages to support the achievement of sales targets. Undertake other tasks assigned by the superior management.
