Job Description

Our studio proudly serves over 15,000 high school seniors each year, providing a variety of senior portrait experiences. Located in Glendale, Arizona, near 51st Ave and the 101, we are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to lead our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our studio, leveraging your people management and marketing expertise. While prior photography experience is not required, strong leadership and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

As the key point of contact throughout the senior portrait journey, you’ll oversee a team dedicated to guiding families through every step—from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to portrait selection, sales, and order fulfillment.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience is required.
  • Photography knowledge helpful but not required. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple phone lines.
  • Strong computer skills, including Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability Monday-Saturday, including evenings, as needed (hours vary during peak months from June to December: Monday-Friday 10a-9p, Saturdays 8a-7p).
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
