Role Description

Lead cross-platform mobile engineering at enterprise scale. The React Native Developer builds high-performance applications that support seamless integration, reliability, and modern mobile architecture. Strengthens business impact through optimized performance, stable mobile delivery, and improved user engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in React Native mobile development
• Experience working with Java Spring Boot
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript familiarity
• Solid understanding of Redux, Context API, or equivalent state management
• Experience with React Navigation and native device features
• Strong API integration experience (RESTful and GraphQL)
• Knowledge of authentication, error handling, and offline caching
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Expo, native modules, Firebase, or push notifications (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Fastlane or Bitrise (Nice to Have)
• Experience publishing apps on App Store and Google Play (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of Jest, Detox, or RN Testing Library (Nice to Have)

Requirements

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs
• Integrate and consume external APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) and third-party services
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with backend engineers on data structures and performance needs
• Optimize mobile app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness
• Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups
• Stay updated with React Native ecosystem trends and recommend improvements
• Ensure apps are published and maintained in App Store and Google Play
