Headquartered in Fenton, the company operates 55 dealerships across 7 states, representing 67 automotive franchises across 23 campuses, with nearly $3.4 billion in revenue. Position Overview Serra Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. We currently have two openings: one full-time and one part-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide accurate pricing and product information
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
• Support team operations during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with rotating Saturdays)
• Part-Time: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (with rotating Saturdays)
