Holidaily Brewing Company is a 100% certified, dedicated gluten free brewery based in Golden, Colorado, and the leading gluten free beer brand in the United States. Built on a mission of health, happiness, and authenticity, Holidaily produces award-winning beers and continues to expand its national distribution footprint.

The Regional Market Manager will play a critical role in this growth by driving performance across distributor managed markets in Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington, working closely with retailer and distributor partners to increase visibility, expand on and off premise distribution, manage inventory, and ensure strong in market execution while helping build a distinctive brand within the fast-growing “Better for You” beer segment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and retail accounts through regular meetings, in market support, work withs, and brand education
  • Drive on and off premise sales by expanding distribution, supporting distributor sales meetings, and executing against monthly and annual revenue, volume, and execution goals
  • Deliver product education and staff trainings for distributor sales teams and retail accounts, including samplings where permitted
  • Ensure strong market execution by managing distributor’s inventory, monitoring out of stocks and rotation issues, and soliciting new purchase orders/increases where the opportunity is discovered.
  • Plan and execute promotions, special events, festivals, and activation programs to build brand awareness and support key retail initiatives
  • Manage territory administration, budgeting, reporting, travel, and communication in alignment with company goals and sales leadership expectations 

Preferred Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 40–60% of the year) and reside within the assigned territory (AZ, CA, OR, WA preferred)
  • Beer industry sales experience, with familiarity in chain grocery, chain on premise, and regional retail programs
  • Working knowledge of state and local alcohol regulations, including sampling and on/off premise compliance
  • Strong understanding of craft beer trends, particularly within the gluten free and “Better for You” segments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using distributor reporting tools, CRMs, and sales platforms (e.g., VIP iDIG, VIP Karma Notes, Encompass, Ekos, BrandFolder)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset with a passion for sales, relationship building, and craft beer
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills; ability to manage priorities and routine functions effectively and efficiently

Physical Standards and Other Requirements:

  • A valid Driver’s License
  • A good driving record
  • A reliable, registered, and insured leased or owned vehicle
  • Lifting cases or kegs, and use of a hand truck, required on occasion
