We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant/Orthodontic Assistant to join our team and help deliver the outstanding care our patients know and love.

The Registered Dental Assistant/Orthodontic Assistant plays a key role in providing excellent clinical support and ensuring each patient receives exceptional orthodontic care and a positive experience during every visit. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients of all ages, and values teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and adjustments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards
• Take digital X-rays, photographs, and impressions/scans as needed
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances under doctor supervision
• Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
• Support front and back office teamwork as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
• Orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• CPR certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
