Job Description

As a Remote Administrative Typist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of caregivers and office staff. This is a remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key responsibilities:

- Type and edit various documents, including correspondence, reports, and forms

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for caregivers and office staff

- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks

- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or typist

- Excellent typing and data entry skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
