Deine Aufgaben/Your tasks

As a Graphic Designer within our 11-member international Marketing team, you will own and evolve our visual identity across all brand and growth touchpoints. 
In your new role, you will be the  central in-house design owner responsible for scaling our CI, elevating our website UX, strengthening our paid performance creatives, and ensuring every visual asset reflects our mission of digital accessibility.

Your Responsibilities:

Brand & Design System Ownership 

• Own and evolve Eye-Able’s Corporate Identity and visual language
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system across all touchpoints
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards in everything we publish

Website & Growth Design 

• Lead website and landing page design with a strong UX, accessibility, and conversion focus
• Create high-performing paid ad creatives and campaign visuals
• Continuously improve creative performance in collaboration with Growth

Content, Product & Sales Design 

• Design eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, and product marketing assets
• Create compelling pitch decks, brochures, and sales materials
• Support product launches with clear, strong visual storytelling

Motion & Events 

• Produce short-form social videos and lightweight motion assets
• Design print materials and event booth visuals

International Collaboration & Brand Enablement 

• Partner closely with Marketing Managers and country teams across Europe
• Adapt global brand assets for local markets while maintaining CI consistency
• Act as the central design contact within Marketing

Dein Profil/ Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or Visual Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, website design, ads, and editorial layouts
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., Premiere, After Effects,CapCutor similar)
• Strong understanding of WCAG and accessible design principles, responsive web design and UX fundamentals
• A structured, independent working style with strong ownership mindset
• Strong communication skills in English; strong German skills are a plus
• High quality standards and strong attention to detail
• Ambition to grow into a senior brand or creative leadership role
• You are based in Germany, Milan, London, or in Amsterdam
