As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll learn how to assist clients with planning memorable travel experiences while developing valuable customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist clients with travel inquiries and vacation planning
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the planning process
Research vacation packages, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and destinations
Learn travel supplier booking systems and educational resources
Recommend travel options based on client preferences
Build positive relationships with clients through excellent communication
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Participate in virtual training sessions and supplier education programs
Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates
Utilize company-provided tools and educational resources
Collaborate with mentors and team members
Continue building travel industry knowledge through ongoing learning opportunities
