Job Description

Salary: $148,011 - 217,082.8 per year Requirements:

  • We need a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • We prefer professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, OSCP, GPEN, or an equivalent credential.
  • We require 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • We require 4+ years of experience in technical leadership or management.
  • We need proven experience leading the planning, development, and deployment of technical security systems, controls, and practices.
  • We require hands-on security expertise and the ability to assess whether tools are correctly deployed, integrated, tuned, monitored, and producing the expected risk reduction.
  • We need direct ownership experience with enterprise security tools, vulnerability management programs, operational metrics, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional remediation efforts.
  • We expect a strong understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle, including asset discovery, authenticated scanning, validation, risk-based prioritization, remediation tracking, exception handling, SLA governance, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead technical teams focused on security engineering, security operations tooling, vulnerability management, detection engineering, incident analysis, or infrastructure and cloud security.
  • We manage enterprise security platforms such as EDR, NDR, IDPS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, exposure management tools, SIEM/SOAR integrations, cloud security solutions, asset inventory or CAASM, and security monitoring systems.
  • We evaluate whether our security tooling is properly deployed, generating the right telemetry, integrated with downstream systems, tuned effectively, and delivering the intended security outcomes.
  • We turn technical findings into operational action plans, remediation priorities, risk decisions, and executive reporting.
  • We provide technical direction to employees, peers, and customers.
  • We prioritize customer needs through proactive collaboration and problem-solving, with a strong focus on customer success.
  • We respond quickly to changing customer requirements with innovative solutions.
  • We contribute to business continuity planning, data loss prevention, and fraud prevention.
  • We define security architecture, protective goals, objectives, and metrics aligned with our corporate strategy.
  • We develop and maintain global security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to support ongoing security operations.
  • We oversee incident response planning and investigate security breaches, supporting disciplinary and legal actions when needed.
  • We partner with external consultants as needed to support independent security audits.

We also offer a compensation range of $148,011.00 to $217,082.80 annually, with potential bonus, incentive, equity, and ESPP opportunities, depending on location and experience, plus our broader benefits package.
