Job Description

Your Key Result Areas

  1. Design & Develop High-End Solutions: Architect and develop quality code for Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) according to complex business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
  2. Technical Blueprinting: Create detailed Lead-to-Order flow designs, including data models, security schemas, and integration points with ERPs, payment gateways, and tax engines.
  3. Strategic Collaboration: Proactive communication and supporting Business Analysts to formulate requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical design documentation.
  4. Full Lifecycle Participation: Active participation in the entire course of the project, from initial architectural optimization to the implementation of complex pricing and order management solutions.
  5. Global Team Synergy: Close cooperation with near- and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project realization and seamless integration of Revenue Cloud with the broader ecosystem.
  6. Leadership & Mentorship: Managing and mentoring junior developers and technical team members, providing guidance on CPQ best practices and advanced coding standards.

Your Qualification
  1. Extensive Experience: You bring at least 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a deep focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and a proven track record of leading technical implementations.
  2. Advanced Revenue Cloud Expertise: Expert knowledge of CPQ features (Product Bundles, Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules) and Billing processes is mandatory.
  3. Full-Stack Salesforce Development: Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Plugins), SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
  4. Integration Mastery: Proven experience integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with SAP, ERP systems, and financial software using APIs and connectors.
  5. Certified Professional: You underline your expertise with the most important certifications, including Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Revenue Cloud Consultant, alongside Developer certifications.
  6. Integration Tooling: Solid understanding of Mulesoft or other middleware tools used to orchestrate data between CRM and Back-Office systems.
  7. Strategic Problem Solver: You have a strategic approach to optimizing performance for large product catalogs and maintain the necessary overview of the Lead-to-Cash cycle even in complex scenarios.
  8. Agile Mindset: Deep understanding of the Agile way of working and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
