Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We want a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We need at least 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or network engineering.
• Were looking for proven capability in managing Cisco network hardware, with CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent practical expertise.
• We require strong administration skills in Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory and related core services.
• We need demonstrable experience with VMware vSphere, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machine administration.
• We expect a solid grasp of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs.
• We value strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSA, or VCP are considered an advantage.

• We serve as the subject matter expert for Syncade/Moda manufacturing execution systems.
• We design, configure, and support Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to maintain availability and security.
• We install, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• We implement and manage virtualized infrastructure using VMware vSphere, covering host administration, VM provisioning, and resource allocation.
• We monitor performance across network, server, and virtualization platforms and resolve issues proactively.
• We participate in on-call coverage to support critical systems around the clock.
• We create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
• We collaborate with IT colleagues and other departments to support business goals and project needs.
• We help ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards.
• We assist with system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
