Pay Scale: Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 -$45.00+ plus production bonuses and aggressive spiff program. We make the transition easy as possible:

Responsibilities * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership. * Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. * Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. * Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Ability to understand and operate computers
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
