Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of professional WordPress development experience with deep, hands-on expertise.
• We need a portfolio that demonstrates live websites with measurable speed and conversion results, not just visual mockups.
• We expect strong proficiency translating Figma designs into accurate WordPress builds with no loss of design fidelity.
• We require advanced knowledge of WordPress performance optimization, including image compression, minification, caching, and CDN strategy.
• We look for a strong design eye with the ability to notice and correct subtle spacing, alignment, and visual issues.
• We require advanced skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript within the WordPress environment.
• We expect experience preventing cross-site contamination and cleaning migrated content thoroughly.
• We require solid experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types.
• We need a strong understanding of technical and structural SEO.
• Prior experience with healthcare, medical, or dental websites is a valuable plus.
• This is a senior-level, expert role for someone who consistently delivers polished, high-performing work.

• We scrape, clean, and migrate content from legacy medical and dental websites during client onboarding.
• We convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress templates with precise visual accuracy.
• We perform detailed technical cleanup to remove leftover content, metadata, and unintended cross-client links.
• We optimize websites to elite performance standards, targeting sub-second load times and strong Core Web Vitals.
• We build responsive, mobile-first sites and verify them on real devices rather than relying only on emulators.
• We implement schema markup, Google Maps integration, and technical SEO enhancements.
• We write clean, maintainable, well-structured code that is easy for future developers to work with.
• We collaborate closely with design, SEO, and QA teams to deliver polished final products.
• We own the full workflow from design handoff through launch, ensuring every site is revenue-focused and technically sound.

We build patient acquisition systems and high-converting websites that directly support revenue growth for our clients across the country. This is a senior, full-time, in-person role based in Westlake Village, California, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
