Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Arabic Typist to join a leading legal and business formation company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in legal typing, Arabic translation, and handling official documentation related to government and business setup processes. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and type legal documents, applications, contracts, and official correspondence in Arabic and English.
* Handle documentation related to business setup, licensing, immigration, and government portals.
* Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa with accuracy.
* Ensure all documents are properly formatted and submitted within deadlines.
* Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities when required.
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation processes.
Requirements
* Proven experience (2-3 Years) as an Arabic Typist, preferably in a legal or business formation company.
* Good knowledge of legal typing and official documentation procedures in the UAE.
* Strong Arabic and English typing and translation skills.
* Familiarity with UAE government portals and typing systems is an advantage.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
