Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a background in back-office banking operations to join our Financial Recovery team. In this role, you will manage high-volume processing of refund and recovery checks, ensuring accurate data uploads for complex multi-claim distributions. From handling domestic and foreign deposits to executing precise file transfers and accounting matching, your expertise will be vital to our fiscal integrity. salary: $24.04 - $24.05 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of receiving and processing refund/recovery checks, create upload for checks that cover multiple claims/clients, deposits (domestic & foreign), file transfers, accounting matching.
- Process related ticket request daily.
- Process ACH requests and accounts payable check requests.
Skills
- Financial Statements
- Banking Operations (1 year of experience is required)
- Transferring funds (1 year of experience is required)
- ACH (1 year of experience is preferred)
