We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA for our Livingston- Florham Park location starting in September/ October.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work:

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing.
  • BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients.
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.

Supported, Not Micromanaged:

  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.
  • SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training.
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.

BENEFITS:

  • Salary $95,000-$110,000 (depending on experience).
