Job Description

Are you equal parts creative and organized? Do you love planning events and promoting them? We’re looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented Events and Marketing Coordinator to support meetings, conferences, and member events while also helping drive marketing and engagement efforts for a variety of association clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll help bring events to life behind the scenes while also creating the marketing pieces that get people excited to attend. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in marketing and event management within a professional environment that's committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate marketing emails, promotional campaigns
  • Design and update event webpages and marketing materials
  • Help develop creative ways to increase event attendance and engagement
  • Support the development and execution of meetings and events
  • Assist with proposal development and client interactions
  • Act as a liaison between our team, vendors and clients
  • Manage client expectations through proactive, results-oriented communication methods
  • Travel to event locations, facilitate site inspections, operate programs and support events as necessary

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and promotions
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with events, marketing, hospitality, nonprofits, or associations is preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, or Membership Management Systems is a plus
