POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you ready to make a real impact? As our Vacation Rental Property Inspector , you’ll be pivotal in ensuring every property shines. With your sharp eye for detail and proactive mindset, you’ll guarantee our homes exceed the expectations of our guests and homeowners. 

You will be tasked with thoroughly inspecting the condition of our properties, identifying potential issues, and providing valuable recommendations for repairs and upkeep. You'll also ensure that our cleaning services meet our high standards, guaranteeing that each home is impeccably prepared for each check-in.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify maintenance and housekeeping needs. 
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to address and resolve issues promptly. 
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, and remote batteries and delivering propane or other essentials. 
• Handle minor pool maintenance and ensure fire alarms, CO2 monitors, and other safety features are in working order. 
• Step in to assist with light cleaning when needed. 
• Create and deliver thoughtful welcome amenities for guests. 
• Take ownership of your work, ensuring every property is ready to impress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done right.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail – you notice what others might miss. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in the face of challenges.
• Previous residential maintenance experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable. 
• Comfortable driving across the Phoenix metro area with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
• Physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience and performance.

Benefits: Use of a company vehicle during work hours.
