Job Description

Salary: $41,600 - 54,080 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year in Corporate Technical Support
• Openness to travel up to 10% of the time
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Potential for occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed

• Act as the primary contact for internal applications, hardware, mobile, and remote tech support in a manufacturing setting
• Record, organize, and manage all incoming tickets in the Helpdesk Ticketing System
• Follow up on unresolved issues with customers regarding the status and resolution of incidents or requests
• Diagnose and address hardware, software, and network challenges
• Create documentation for procedures, FAQs, and asset inventory
• Identify problem patterns and carry out troubleshooting for recurring issues until lasting solutions are found
• Offer technical guidance to executive personnel and their support staff based on IT expertise
• Deliver outstanding IT assistance to C-level executives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Foster trust and strong relationships with customers while acting as a liaison between them and consulting teams for new business opportunities
• Fulfill the role of Company Security Program Administrator
• Serve as the Company VPN Administrator
• Develop IT policies and application forms
• Provide support for VIPs and business travelers
• Conduct IT server room maintenance and follow up on all relevant issues
• Investigate network concerns and collaborate with the Network team
• Address file server issues and work with the Server team
• Perform repairs on PCs and laptops and resolve software-related problems
• Manage security applications
• Troubleshoot Windows and printer issues
• Utilize fundamental server and network knowledge
