This is an onsite position located on Oakdale, MN.

Description

• Manage and follow up on outstanding insurance balances and collections
• Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, payment delays, denials, and discrepancies
• Research, correct, and resubmit claims as needed to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Work with various insurance payers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Once accounts are established, respond to client questions related to balances and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation of all payer and client communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing or claims issues

Skills

Prior authorization, healthcare insurance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Healthcare insurance experience
• Billing, collections, Prior Auth experience preferred.
• Needs to be able to work basics of excel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in St Paul,MN.
