Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide School Based (K-12) services located in Cato, NY. This is a 4 day/week position for approximately 8 weeks. Part-time can be considered.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to children K-12 in individual and group sessions.
• Contribute to the development and follow through of the IEP.
• Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.
• Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives.
• Complete session notes and annual reviews as required.
• Collaborate with center-based team
• Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral, M.A., or M.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NYS License in Occupational Therapy
• Must demonstrate excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload.
