Job Description

Requirements (We are hiring for two profiles): Profile 1 – Greater China Focus

  1. Resides in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (China).
  2. Responsible for talent sourcing and recruitment across Greater China.
Profile 2 – Overseas Focus
  1. Resides outside of China and holds a non-Chinese nationality.
  2. Responsible for overseas recruitment (outside of Greater China).
Both profiles must also meet:
  1. Proven ability in candidate sourcing and engagement, with excellent email communication skills.
  2. Familiarity with sourcing tools and advanced talent mapping techniques.
  3. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French, German, or Middle Eastern languages are a strong plus.
  4. 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on international or cross-regional talent sourcing.
  5. Own a LinkedIn account; be familiar with mainstream job platforms including Seek, Monster, Byte, etc.; and understand local job boards for different countries.

We are looking for a proactive Part-Time Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will drive early-stage recruitment by identifying and engaging top talent globally, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and email-based communication. Your expertise will help us attract and connect with top talent across regions. Work Location (Remote): We accept remote candidates located near the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (China), as well as candidates based outside of China working fully online and part-time. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
  2. Manage initial outreach and email communication to generate candidate interest and communicate role details.
  3. Assist in resume screening and conduct phone screening interviews as needed.
  4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand role requirements and fine-tune sourcing strategies.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages.
