Hiring full-time and part-time unarmed and armed security officers for several facilities across the Boston area. Prior security experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate high-intensity situations.

As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of multiple sites, ensuring a positive atmosphere for residents and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
