Role Description

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will:

• Act as a technology consultant for our clients and help them build great products for multiple platforms.
• Drive the development process by providing expertise in cross-platform technologies and solving the most complex programming issues.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of your engineering workflow to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with development teams, CTOs, Project Managers, and Product Owners from all around the world.
• Have multiple possibilities to contribute to the Open Source community by working on projects led by our CTO, React Native Core Contributors, and our Senior Developers.
• Be one step ahead, exploring technologies of tomorrow, and being a part of our R&D activities.
• Simply have fun!

Qualifications

• A JavaScript expertise with extensive knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries.
• Experience in React.js and React Native.
• Strong commercial experience in mobile app development (above 3 years), experience in web development is a plus.
• AI-native mindset and practical familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor, with the ability to use them effectively in daily software development work.
• Strong drive towards learning new technologies and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ability to quickly gain new technical expertise.
• Fluency in English (min. B2+).
• Passion about the open source mission (documented contributions to any open source project would be a huge plus).
• Great communication skills and being a team player.
• Proactive and self-driven approach to work.
