Salary: $151,200 - 204,600 per year Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with development, programming, or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Bash, or Perl
• Strong understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and networking development lifecycle, including coding standards, code review, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations
• Hands-on background in infrastructure automation delivered through an API-enabled software development lifecycle, including agile methods, software architecture patterns, and modern cloud services
• Experience developing, deploying, and operating AI products at scale
• Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code for complex, multi-region network topologies
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to maintain required government clearances
• Preferred: masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Preferred: strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Preferred: ability to work deeply across all layers of a web services technology stack
• Preferred: in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols such as DNS, BGP, IPSec, and OSPF
• Preferred: familiarity with network security approaches including zero-trust architecture, micro-segmentation, and encrypted communications such as TLS/mTLS
• Preferred: experience building and operating fault-tolerant systems in multi-region or hybrid cloud environments

• We design, deliver, and operate large-scale infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines for ADC environments with a focus on security, availability, repeatability, observability, and fault tolerance
• We lead technical design reviews and align across multiple engineering and operations teams
• We define and promote systems engineering standards, tooling, and best practices across the organization
• We identify and resolve systemic infrastructure risks before they affect customers
• We mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers to accelerate their growth and effectiveness
• We support customers throughout onboarding, solution design, operations, and continuous improvement
• We act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand ADC capabilities, constraints, and best practices
• We gather customer requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that meet security, sovereignty, and regulatory needs
• We translate complex customer and compliance requirements into actionable infrastructure designs and implementation plans
• We lead customer-facing technical reviews, briefings, and working sessions for both technical and executive audiences
• We advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback and emerging needs with product and engineering teams
• We support critical operational events with hands-on guidance and cross-team coordination
