Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP, is a complex litigation and class action boutique. We prosecute consumer, securities, privacy and data breach and other class actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States. We are seeking a part-time or full-time junior associate with two to four years of litigation experience. The firm offers the opportunity to participate meaningfully in some of the largest and most complex litigation matters in the country.
A successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and demonstrably superior legal writing skills who will want to perform substantive legal work including drafting motions and memoranda in support, drafting complaints, drafting and responding to written discovery requests, managing document discovery and taking and defending depositions.
