Ironclad & Co. is looking for detail-oriented Residential Cleaners - Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing thorough, deep cleaning services to residential properties, ensuring every home is spotless and welcoming for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms, and other areas
• Clean, dust, and sanitize surfaces, appliances, and fixtures
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and carpets
• Use cleaning tools and products safely and efficiently
• Identify and address areas needing extra attention or repair
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential deep cleaning or similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
